Pam Bondi Threatens Crockett | Musk Costs Tax Payers $500B | Trump: Worl...
Pam Bondi’s dog whistle against Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett is a glaring example of overreach and irresponsibility. Instead of focusing on her duties as Attorney General, Bondi chooses to meddle in matters that are either irrelevant or blatantly none of her business. Her warning to Crockett to "tread very carefully" reeks of intimidation and undermines the principles of free speech.
The Attorney General holds a pivotal role as the chief legal officer of the government. Her responsibilities are clear:
Enforcing laws and ensuring justice is served.
Advising the government with sound legal counsel.
Representing the government in legal disputes.
Overseeing law enforcement agencies like the FBI.
Protecting public interest by addressing civil rights and combating corruption.
Drafting legal opinions to clarify laws and policies.
Threatening a Congresswoman for exercising her right to free speech? That doesn’t fit anywhere in the job description. It’s a disgraceful deviation from the mission to uphold the rule of law and serve the public interest.
Bondi’s comments, made during a Fox News appearance, accuse Crockett of calling for Elon Musk to be "taken out"—a claim Crockett has clarified as referring to nonviolent protests. The Tesla Takedown movement, which Crockett supports, is a peaceful demonstration against Musk’s policies and his ties to the Trump administration. Bondi’s attempt to silence lawful activism is not only unprofessional but also a dangerous precedent.
Where does this fit into the responsibilities of an Attorney General? It doesn’t. And the public deserves better.
